We think that there are many foreign athletes who depend on innate high physical abilities, perform sports in one’s ‘own way’, and are not fully leveraging their potenail abilities. We believe that by strengthening their foundational technical skills, they could maximize their performance and reach the next stage.

To athletes who would like to become coaches

The Coach Agent, like a professional athlete’s agent, seeks overseas coaching opportunities on your behalf and negotiates and establishes terms and conditions such as treatment.

• Like a professional athlete’s agent, we will help you find overseas coaching opportunities on your behalf and negotiate and establish terms and conditions such as treatment.
• If there is a match with an organization looking for a Japanese coach, you will be assigned to the site within minimum 3 months.
• We will also find the the coaching opportunity on your behalf for your desired country or region.

To sports organizations

• Coaches who have devoted themselves to specific competitions since childhood will help athletes strengthen their fundamental technical skills.
